My Gluten free peanut butter and dark chocolate chip cookies!

                     
                         My Gluten free peanut butter and dark chocolate chip cookies!
                                                 
                                                                 Ingredients
                                                           1 cup of nautral peanut butter
                                                           1 cup of dark chocolate chips
                                                           1 cup of gluten free brown sugar
                                                           1 large brown organic egg
                                                           1 teaspoon of GF baking soda


                                                   Preheat oven to 350 degrees
                                                   Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. When blended, mix in the chocolate chips. Using your fingers, form a 1 1/2 inch ball( dough will be very wet and sticky can be difficult to work with) Place onto a un-greased parchment lined cookie sheet. Don't make them too big they do spread. Bake for 9 minutes. Let cookies sit on the cookie sheet for 30 seconds to 1 minute before letting them cool the rest of the way on a wire rack. Makes roughly a dozen small cookies.
